Design
Our expert design team will draw and re-draw your project until you are confident that the building suits your needs. There is no “one size fits all” fabric structure. It needs to fit the exact requirements of the site and its intended use. Maybe you need 1 end wall, maybe 2. Do you need an overhead door? What size? What type of foundation should you use? How much space do you need? We can provide industry leading advice to help you answer all these questions and more.

Engineering
From 30’ to 200’ clear-span widths, our structures are engineered site and use specific for snow load and wind speed. Both the building structure and foundation can be stamped by a licensed PE if required by your municipality.

Project Management
Let us oversee all aspects of your next building project. From delivery to completion, our buildings are completed in a safe, timely, and hassle-free way, saving you the headache.

Installation
Our professional installation crews are trained and certified to meet all jobsite safety requirements. They will see to it that your building is installed properly, ensuring maximum lifespan and integrity of your structure. We provide year-round construction services – rain, snow, or shine.

Foundations
Fabric structures can be mounted on poured concrete walls, wood posts, concrete bunker blocks, sea containers, or helical piers. We will design the foundation, prepare the site, and install your foundation with precision and efficiency. We are able to provide both excavating and concrete work for footings, walls, and floors.

Utilities
We have longstanding relationships with reliable subcontractors that can supply your building with the electrical service, HVAC, or plumbing that it needs.

We Design Buildings to Last
Built strong
Our structures are designed site and use specific for snow load and wind load. We are conservative with truss spacing and foundation design, ensuring longevity for your structure.
Durable & long-lasting
Does fabric last? YES. A 10’ x 10’ square of our fabric can safely support 14 tons. With our proven termination methods and careful installation honed over decades of experience, we can ensure that your assets are protected for the long haul.
Hot-dip galvanized trusses
Many steel trusses are hot dip galvanized as individual parts before fabrication, creating weak points at every weld where the zinc coating is melted away. This exposes the truss to rust and deterioration over time. CHC’s buildings are all hot dip galvanized post fabrication, creating a continuous resilient coating.
