Clear Heights Construction, LLC has serviced hundreds of customers in Michigan and other areas throughout the United States. With the highest quality steel and fabric available in today’s market, we are able to ensure our customers have building solutions that meet their exact needs.
Big or small, private or commercial, we are committed to taking the time required to help you plan a successful project. In an industry where sales are the name of the game at the expense of a service relationship and product quality, we have remained steadfast in providing advice, sales, and service long after project completion.

Terry Kaptein
Terry has been in the fabric building industry for over 25 years, first at A.K. Equipment and now here at Clear Heights Construction. If you’ve worked with us before, there’s a good chance you know him. His wealth of knowledge in the fabric structure industry ensures that nothing is left out when it comes to safety and quality.
Terry and his wife, Pam, have 4 children, 2 of which work in the family business. He enjoys faith, family, and the great outdoors.

Jake Dykstra
Jake works in sales and job management, and is an essential part of CHC. He has been in the construction industry his whole life, and graduated from Grand Valley State University with honors with a Business Management degree in 2019. His construction experience and organizational skills are sure to be of benefit to you on your next project.
Jake enjoys playing softball with his brothers and friends, golfing, and hunting.

Jake Dykstra
Jake works in sales and job management, and is an essential part of CHC. He has been in the construction industry his whole life, and graduated from Grand Valley State University with honors with a Business Management degree in 2019. His construction experience and organizational skills are sure to be of benefit to you on your next project.

Knight King
Knight has been working with fabric structures since 2005, when he graduated with honors from ITT with an Associates degree in CAD Drafting. His job description here is much more, given that he handles the bulk of incoming phone calls and a good portion of the quotes and orders. His on-site experience gained through years of constructing fabric structures makes him an invaluable asset for building design.
Knight enjoys reading fantasy books and spending time with his wife, their daughter, and their pets.

Henry ensures that all job materials and equipment are delivered to our sites safely and on time. If you’ve spent time on any of our job sites, there is a good chance you’ve seen him there. Nolan started at Clear Heights in August 2021. While a Drafter by trade, his skill with computers and graphic design have landed him in a more flexible position, handling the computer systems, phones, website, and any and all graphic print for the company.
Nolan enjoys hanging out with friends and family, gaming, and designing cool stuff.

Pamela has been a faithful employee at CHC since its inception. She takes care of all things accounting - billing, receivables, and payables.
She enjoys taking trips to Northwest Iowa to visit her daughters and son-in-law. She also enjoys reading and spending time with family.
